Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Salalah was opened in Dhofar Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, on July 10, 2009. The total area of the mosque is 40,419 square meters, surrounded by a wall and four gates. The dome of the mosque is 23 meters high from the floor level and has two minarets with a height of 56 meters. The mosque is covered from the inside with marble up to a height of approximately two meters, decorated with decorative plaster from above. The column heads at the ceiling are inlaid with marble, in addition to installing marble for the entire mihrab inlaid with decorative pieces in a beautiful mold.

Al-Hosn Palace in Al-Hafa Al-Hosn Palace in Al-Hafa area is considered one of the distinguished places, the birthplace of Sultan Qaboos and the beginning of the blessed renaissance from Al-Hafa area to all parts of the Sultanate. It is one of the most important landmarks. The Authority Market is a market designated for the city of buses in the state of Salalah / Dhofar Province, and is visited by visitors to the city as a tourist and economic landmark. Al-Ash Market is located 3 km from the heart of the city of Salalah and is surrounded by coconuts. It is famous for selling incense and string products. It is also full of products, whether traditional textiles, heritage clothing, gold and silver dyes, and many thousands of other traditional items.

The waters of Khor Al Dahariz are surrounded by dense reed plants ranging in length from

(3-10) meters, which made it a good place for the reproduction of many birds in this area, as approximately 80 species of birds have been recorded living in this creek. This creek is located on the eastern borders of Salalah with open water extending for approximately one kilometer, where it is characterized by the presence of a moderate diversity of fish regularly connected to the sea water through the sand barrier. The western bank of this creek has been designated as a tourist area due to its area and good location for trips. The management plan for this creek allows for its partial fencing and the eradication and control of invasive plant species.
