We provide helmets and insurance coverage, along with expert guidance on the best routes based on weather conditions and your experience level. Starting from the airport, discover unique perspectives of Aso's volcanic scenery, grasslands, and hot spring towns that you can't experience by car.

How to make a reservation
Reservations are made for each product (each size).
If you are using the product with multiple people, please check the calendar in advance to see if you can make a reservation for each product (size) on the same day.
For rental, you will need to show a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport for identification, so please remember to bring it with you.
Reservations are made on a daily basis. If you are using the product for multiple days, please select the desired date one by one on the calendar and add each to the cart.

Bicycle size
Reservations are made for each bicycle (size: height). You can choose from the following sizes as a guide.
XS size: 145 - 155 cm ←This is the size you can reserve on this page.
S size: 156 - 165 cm
Important notes
1. Riding area
Bicycles are prohibited or restricted on many mountain trails.
Please use only on bicycle paths and public roads.
For the sake of nature conservation and safety, please do not enter off-limits areas or unpaved mountain paths.
2. Safety First
Wearing a helmet is mandatory (helmets and insurance are included in the rental fee).
Please observe basic traffic rules.
For first-time users, we will give you a brief explanation of the controls before you set off.
3. Preparations
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Please bring a drink to keep hydrated.
We recommend bringing light clothing and rain gear in case of sudden changes in the weather.
We will store your luggage for free, as long as it is locked.
Please try this new cycling experience to enjoy the great nature of Aso to the fullest! However, please be careful about nature conservation and safety.

Cancellations and changes
Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the start of use.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start of use will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes
If you wish to change your reservation, the response will depend on the availability. Please be sure to contact the store.
Special cancellation cases
If you are unable to use the service due to a flight delay, we will refund the fee if you submit a certificate of cancellation or delay.

Cancellations due to bad weather will be judged on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the weather conditions on the day.
If we judge that safety is severely compromised, we may waive the cancellation fee.
Notes on Returning the Bike
Please be sure to return the bike within the opening hours of the store on the day.
If you are unable to return the bike on time due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the store where you rented the bike as soon as possible.
Please note that if you are late returning the bike, it may affect your next reservation, and our staff may go to pick up the bike.
If our staff have to go and collect the bicycle, an additional fee will be incurred depending on the distance and circumstances to the collection point.
We will provide details of the additional fee on each occasion.

Notes on Loss, Theft and Accidents
In the case of theft If your bicycle is stolen, please report it to us immediately.
You will be responsible for the full rental fee for the duration of your contract, as well as the full cost of the bicycle, helmet and any optional accessories.
We will submit a theft report to the police.
If the stolen bicycle is found, ownership of it will revert to us.

In the case of loss If your bicycle is lost, the same procedure as in the case of theft will be followed. Please contact us immediately.

In the event of an accident If an accident occurs, please contact us immediately.
If repairs are required, we will charge you for the repairs up to the price of the bicycle itself.
