I will personally introduce you to the history and legends hidden behind each dish you taste and the places we visit—stories ranging from how some Jews managed to outwit the "Holy Inquisition" with food, to how a fountain wreaked havoc in a monastery.

This experience will engage all your senses: the vibrant colors of the markets, the irresistible aromas of freshly prepared food, the sounds of the bustling alleys, and, of course, the textures of each dish, immersing you in a history that spans thousands of years.

You will find out how a fountain was able to divert a group of nuns from their pious thoughts and then well our “gran finale” with some of the best pastry the town can offer.
