Step into a moment of deep peace and let your mind wander into the stillness of the North. This 60-minute Relaxing Sound Journey combines the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, the grounding rhythm of the Lappish drum, intuitive singing, soft sound waves, and the gentle chime of wind bells. Simply lie back on a comfortable beanbag and allow the sounds to guide you into a calm, meditative state.
The experience begins with a 10-minute body relaxation and ends with a gentle awakening and sharing moment. The sound journey itself lasts 40 minutes. Beanbag mattresses, blankets, and pillows are provided, and a warm cup of tea is included.
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before the session begins. Doors open 15 minutes prior.
