1

Morning Pickup in Marrakech & Departure Toward the Mountains

The day starts quietly in Marrakech. Around 8:30 AM, we meet our travelers at the final pickup point — ready for a full day of discovery. As soon as we leave the city behind, the landscape begins to change.

We take the scenic road south, where the hustle of Marrakech fades into wide-open plains and fresh air. On the way, the first views of the High Atlas Mountains appear in the distance — snow-capped in winter, soft and golden in summer.

This early part of the drive is a chance to slow down, enjoy the road, and feel the transition from city life to the simplicity of the mountains. It sets the tone for a day that’s all about connection — with nature, with culture, and with the Berber way of life.
