Live an unforgettable experience
Step into the sacred silence of the jungle and follow a hidden path that will take you to the summit of the impressive Cerro del Mono, a place filled with history, spirituality, and a deep connection to nature.
Along the way, you will encounter ancient rocks carved with petroglyphs, traces left by the original peoples that reveal a profound and mysterious past. Through the Wixárika worldview, you will discover the meaning of these symbols and their relationship with the gods of nature, guardians of balance and life.
Throughout the hike, we will visit five sacred places, where you will take part in a Blessing Ceremony and Spiritual Connection with nature a unique moment to give thanks and harmonize your energy with the sacred power of this land.
More than a hike, this is a journey to what is essential: an encounter with the earth, with ancestral memory, and with yourself.
After a hike through the jungle, surrounded by the natural beauty and ancestral energy of the area, you’ll arrive at a place where ancient carved stones and spiritual sites considered sacred by the native peoples can be found. There, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the petroglyphs, feel the deep connection with history and nature, and listen to the stories that surround these mysterious engravings. Then, you’ll continue your journey up to the top of Monkey Mountain, an iconic viewpoint where you’ll have time to relax and rest. From the summit, the fresh breeze and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the mountains, and nearby villages will offer an unforgettable experience. This is the perfect place to breathe deeply, take in the scenery, and capture unique photographs that reflect the magic and natural essence of Sayulita and its surroundings.
