Shared luxury transfer service from selected London or Heathrow hotels to Southampton cruise terminal.
This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. The service is also available to passengers on other ships if your arrival dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed. Please note you will need to make your own way from the ship we are servicing on that date.
Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 travellers.

What you'll see
A luxury cruise transfer from selected London city centre and Heathrow hotels to Southampton cruise terminal. Uniformed drivers will collect you from your hotel reception area between 9.45am-10.45am in London city centre or Heathrow hotels between 11:00am-11:30am. The exact pick up time will be confirmed after you have booked.
This is a shared transfer service using executive MPV's/Minivans with a maximum capacity of 4 people* and a maximum 2-3 pick ups per vehicle to ensure a comfortable and efficient transfer.
*Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 people.
Passengers can be dropped at all Southampton cruise terminals, directly at the ship, where the porters will take your luggage on board. Our scheduled arrival time is between 1.00pm & 1.30pm.
Drop offs are available at all Southampton Cruise Terminals, and the following Southampton hotels. Please specify in the additional comments box if you would like to be dropped off at any of the following:

Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
This service is not operating in 2026.
