About this experience
I will accompany you around the Ancient Market of Civitavecchia to introduce you to the local products and traditions of our city.
You will discover the true Italian cuisine as it has been handed down to me, both that of my region and other Italian regions. You will learn how to use the right ingredients, appreciate their absolute quality, and also use special tools. A vegetarian menu is also available on request.
I will explain in detail how to prepare the recipes of the menu, and I will give you a printed version: with the technique you have acquired, in this way you can replicate the dishes of Italian cuisine at home.
You'll have fun learning how to prepare dishes and getting your hands dirty, and eventually we'll enjoy what you've cooked, and you'll be sitting at the table with me and my family.
