We recommend arriving 30 minutes early at the meeting point in our offices in Cozumel. Receive a warm welcome from our team, who will deliver your access wristband and guide you to our waiting room equipped with bathrooms and lockers for your comfort. Here, our certified guides will introduce themselves, explain the itinerary of the tour and provide you with the life jacket, along with clear safety instructions.

Once ready, we will begin the adventure towards the pier. On board the transparent boat, our team will make sure you are comfortable and prepared, capturing a group photograph as an initial souvenir before setting sail. Your unique experience starts here!

Not allowed: Use of any type of Sunblocks and Body Creams are not allowed, in order to prevent any accident and protect our local flora and fauna
Alcohol consumption: In Mexico, the consumption of alcoholic beverages is legal from the age of 18. During the tour, any alcoholic beverages that may be offered will only be served to participants over the age of 18, subject to verification of identification.
Smoking prohibition: Smoking is not allowed on board our transparent boat or in the facilities related to the tour.
Glassware: For your safety and that of the crew, please do not use glass containers or products
Late Arrivals: If a traveler is late, our team will be responsible for integrating them into the tour quickly, whenever possible. In addition, we offer the option to reschedule at no cost if you show up at our offices and your cruise schedule allows. This ensures that this unique experience is not lost.
