About this experience
Nakano is so close to Shinjuku, just next stop from Shinjuku by JR Chu-o Line. Why is this west side of Tokyo Nakano so popular city to live? Come and feel very casual and easy-going living area in Tokyo. Narrow back streets, so many gourmet restaurants, unique anime shops and underground shopping mall will make you feel excited. After the active down town, we move to quiet residence area by walking. Come to super local living area and experience Japanese calligraphy, strolling around neighbors will bring you deeper understanding Japanese life. Famous sightseeing spots are not included in this tour but I'd like you to feel as if you were home staying in Japan. Normal life is full of culture!

Stroll around the retro underground shopping market, Anime shops, souvenir shops. You can enjoy shopping if you want.

After walking through Yakushi shopping street which has retro atmosphere, we will arrive at this temple. Learning Japanese history deeply and people's customs. Experience Japanese calligraphy at my place. You can make lampshade for present or souvenir and bring it back with you.
