Admission to the Rail bike place is outside of Nami Island, not inside of Nami Island.
If Eobi Ice Valley is not frozen enough, this destination can be replaced with Hongjecheon Waterfall.
Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. No refund for latecomers or no-shows.
An infant cannot pick strawberries by themselves. They must be accompanied by at least an adult while doing so.
The tour may end at a different time, depending on the situation(e.g. traffic jams, a bottleneck phenomenon caused by the number of tourists etc.).
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. But this does not include participant's sudden sickness or rainy or snowy days.
