Awaken your body and mind with our morning Vinyasa & Asana yoga classes on the third floor of Lina Point, offering breathtaking panoramic water views. This 75-minute session blends dynamic Vinyasa flow with mindful Asana postures, designed to energize, stretch, and center you for the day ahead.
Classes are available at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and are suitable for all levels. Move and breathe while connecting deeply with nature and the serene water surroundings. Experience a practice that revitalizes, restores, and inspires, all for US$36 per class.
