About this experience
Playa Conchal is arguably the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica. It sears on a 2,000 acre reserve with a desalination plant and sewer system. The efoil experience is really exhilarating. Children as young as 7 year olds and adults in their 70’s alike are thrilled to fly over water. Your time riding the board is 20 minutes with instruction and 25 minutes practice by yourself. The water is clean and the bay is calm. This efoil lesson will be one of the most extraordinary experiences you’ve had while visiting Costa Rica.

What you'll see
Come stretch on the yoga ball and do a couple worm up exercises. Then we’ll look at technology and Flying position.
We will put on a floating impact vest and we’ll enter the water. I will demonstrate and you will do 5 exercises in 20 minutes. Then you practice on your own 25 minutes. Your Total board time will be 45 minutes.
