ARRIVAL - AIRPORT PICKUP at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, exit the terminal and go outside to the arrival area. Once outside, look for your greeter holding a sign displaying BALLERZ PARADISE TOURS. Show your voucher to the rep, and he/she will escort you to your ride.
DEPARTURE – Transfer to the airport is scheduled 4 - 5 hours before the departure time provided on your reservation. A message will be sent to your email with the exact pickup time.
