We’ll cover everything from understanding the right water-to-coffee ratio to dialing in the optimal grind size, all while using100% Kona coffee straight from our own farm on the Big Island.

The Coffee Lab is located downstairs from the cafe. Please arrive on time for your session as we'll start promptly at the scheduled time. If you get here more the 15 minutes early, just head up to the cafe and let the baristas know that you've arrived for the brewing class.
