You will receive your booking voucher via WhatsApp and/or Email after confirmation. Please present the voucher (digital or printed) at any Chao Phraya Tourist Boat ticket counter located at participating piers (such as Sathorn Pier, Phra Arthit Pier, ICONSIAM Pier, etc.) to exchange it for your physical travel pass.
