At this stop, travelers will tour Valle Park and its surroundings, enjoying its green spaces and some iconic points of the city. We will pause to taste a typical Uruguayan alfajor, learning about its history, the different types that exist and its importance in local cuisine

Travelers will walk along this tree-lined avenue, appreciating its architecture and emblematic spaces such as the Illuminated Fountain and some embassy houses. We will pass through the Monument to the Constituents, a historic point that marks the legal beginning of Uruguay. This section is part of the route to Rodó Park, while sharing curiosities about the city and its history

After touring Batlle Park and Morquio Avenue, travelers will take Montevideo’s main avenue, July 18, towards another of the most important green areas: Parque Rodó. There we will taste a typical choripán, while sharing its history and explaining why it is so popular in Uruguay. It will be highlighted that it is a fast, economical and very tasty meal, typical of the tradition of the local grill.

As the tour closes, travelers will arrive at Parque Rodó, overlooking Rambla de Montevideo, and taste the typical Canadian chivito in one of the tastiest places in the park. During the break, the story of its creation, its popularity and its relevance in Uruguayan gastronomy will be told, ending the experience in front of the Rambla.
