Try to stay composed and make that cast while a 60lb animal, with 14 inch fins out of the water slashes in front of you. Sardines and salt water flying while captain shouts "CAST"!
Pez Gallo is the pinnacle of game fish in my mind.
The way the HUNT the shallow waters, the way they SLASH on bait, the way they EAT, the way the FIGHT, the POWER when you finally get to hold one and to watch one SWIM AWAY.
Our Captains were born here and learned to fish from their fathers and grandfathers and have been guiding fly anglers for over 30 years.
Your Panga is designed for fly fishing from the huge live well to the casting area in front. Plenty of area for your line as you double hand strip your fly in front of the fish of your dreams.
Chasing Roosterfish is how I fell in love with Baja California Sur and I still dream of the next one chasing my fly.

Ensenada de Muertos is the epicenter of Roosterfish and is home to the long-standing, 114 lb. World Record. Your Capatin and panga are waiting and its off the meet the "bait boat". This is the key to the operation and we will load up with live sardines for our day on the water.

Depending on the season we will be fishing close to the beach of Punta Arena a short run North or just to the South where the mountains jut from the sea.
Captain will scouting and tossing live sardines as we hunt the Rooster of your dreams.

Depending on the season and recent fishing conditions we will explore the rich waters surrounding Isla Ceralvo, Punta Arena and Boca de Alamo.
