Watch for dolphins or whales as we pass along the scenic bays of Tesoro, Balandra, and Tecalote then the San Lorenzo Channel on our way to the south end on the island.
On our full day Experience we will explore the hidden blue coves, epic white sand beaches of the island. Passing unique geology, sea life, The Arch of Espiritu Santo, swim with playful sea lions of Islotes at the north end of the island. All before 1 1/2 hours on Ensenada Grande or another amazing beach, with time for fresh ceviche and sandwiches under shades, snorkel or sunbath, even explore the terrain of the Island.
This is a FULL DAY we will cover almost 100km on your adventure.
Islotes is home to the largest sea lion colony in the Sea of Cortez. We will spend time snorkeling with these curious and playful animals in their natural habitat, watching mothers teach their pups among the cereal and sea life surrounding this amazing location.
ALL boats are limited to 30 minutes in this activity and
strong currents or presence of too many jellyfish are factors that sometimes affect this activity.
We will visit the amazing Ensenada Grande or similar beach for time to enjoy fresh lunch of ceviche and sandwiches as well as time to snorkel or relax un our large shades.
Crossing back in the afternoon keep your whale energy up as we often see Humpbacks, Gray or Fin Whales on our return trip to La Paz.
