Stop 1
We will arrive at the archaeological area of Monte Alban with the guide who will take us on a tour of about an hour, you will also have free time to walk and know at your pleasure the interior of the archaeological area.

Stop 2
We will be approximately with master mezcalero 45min in his factory, where he will explain the process of the ancestral mezcal, from how it is sown, harvested and distilled with the ancestral method in clay pot.

Stop 3
We will arrive at the dream carver workshop to the exhibition of wood tiles and see how the artisans carve and paint with their imaginations elaborate unique pieces.

At lunchtime we will arrive at a traditional cuisine buffet restaurant in the town of Cuilapam de Guerrero, where you will find more than 25 different dishes where you will enjoy Oaxacan cuisine, taste different types of moles, handmade tortillas, roast meats, tlayudas, pastas, salads of vegetables and fruits, Oaxacan desserts and many more dishes.
