What you'll see

1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers.

2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.

3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.

4. 1 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.

5. 1 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.

6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.

7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket.

8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

10.Checked In Luggage(per-person): Weight does not exceed 30KG, equivalent to approximately 28-inch suitcase per person.

11.Hand Luggage(per-person): Weight does not exceed 7KG,equivalent to about 20 inches of boarding suitcase.

12.No-show: If the guest does not show up as scheduled and cannot be contacted, the vehicle will leave after the free waiting time and the order will not be refunded.

13.Special circumstances: If the flight is canceled due to any force majeure or unforeseen factors (such as typhoons, earthquakes and other natural disasters), the order will be deemed to be canceled and the fee will be fully refunded.
