A few meters from Largo Ardito, you can admire what is known as the Isolotto di San Paolo or Scoglio dell’Eremita, a rocky wall just over thirty meters high.
An ancient legend, which can still be heard in person from the elders of the place, tells that this rock was inhabited in the past. Apparently, this apparently anonymous place was once the home and residence of a man, who had decided to abandon the mainland to be able to admire it alone from the sea.
