On this fun and informative whisky adventure, you will dive a little deeper into the art and science of whisky and discover some of the secrets to making truly great single malt whisky.

Welcome to LARK Distillery, Tasmania's oldest single malt whisky distillery!

Set amongst meticulously restored historical buildings, lies our working whisky village and the iconic home of Australia’s No. 1 luxury whisky.

This 40-acre property has buildings that date back to 1822, a free interpretive installation in the historic stables that explores the history of the site as well as the story of LARK and the Tasmanian distilling industry, a working distillery and cooperage as well as a cellar door and tasting room.

Whether you take a tour or join us for a tasting, a visit to LARK distillery in Pontville is a fun and informative whisky adventure.
