We’ll be going on a beautiful half mile
walk/hike to the 3 natural waterfalls to swim in.

Afterwards, we’ll walk to be at the beachy area of the Potomac river for a scenic fire breathwork meditation, and music as Mother Nature grounds us into peace.

Around sunset, we’ll head back and go to DCG - an outstanding food spot to nourish ourselves with a spectacular meal that you all will absolutely love and enjoy,
to wrap up the beautiful experience altogether.
