Nature Walk: participants will go on a 1.2-mile nature walk, providing an opportunity for reflection. We will absorb the natural energy of the land as we share the space with unique plants, birds, and wildlife. The walking path provides pure calmness, silence within, and love. During the walk, we let go of any heavy energies in our bodies.

This mountain hike is beginner-friendly, no additional equipment is needed. All ranges of fitness levels have climbed this mountain from 10-year-old children to 70-year-old women.
