It is a journey back in time: you will find yourself in a cave of more than 100 million years. You will feel the passage of time as you contemplate the strange stone forms created by nature.
Located 700 meters above sea level on the northern slopes of the Cabeçó D’Or mountain range – one of the few Jurassic reliefs of the Prebetic period in the province – they are a magnificent example of a karst cavity.
Inside the caves there is a space of more than 80,000 m2 that can be accessed by a 45 meter tunnel, where water and rock have given rise to impressive shapes such as stalactites, stalagmites, columns and jellyfish, among many others.
You will know where the name of the cave comes from and that means the word "canelobre". And also how they used the cave during the Spanish Civil War.
After the cave you will have a tour of the historic center of the authentic Busot village. You will visit its church and museum of ethnic music with musical instruments from around the world.
