1.5 hr from Seoul. This Rail Bike is a unique and fun way to experience the beautiful scenery of Gapyeong. Located near Nami Island, this attraction allows visitors to pedal along a disused railway track, offering stunning views of the Bukhan River and surrounding landscapes.

1. Rail Bike Ride:
The ride starts at Gapyeong Rail Park and takes you over the Bukhangang Railroad Bridge, through the Zelkova Tree Tunnel, and back. The entire route is about 8 kilometers round trip and takes approximately 70 minutes to complete. It is semi-automated, so you just need to pedal a little to start the engine and then it moves on its own. So, seniors and children can enjoy it very easily.

2. Scenic Views:
Enjoy breathtaking views of the river, mountains, and forests as you pedal along the track. The route is especially beautiful during spring and autumn when the foliage is vibrant.

3. Rest Stop
There is a rest stop along the way where you can take a break, enjoy the scenery, and take photos.

Namiseom Island is a picturesque half-moon-shaped island located in Gapyeong. It’s famous for its stunning natural scenery and cultural attractions, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
The island is accessible by ferry from Gapyeong Wharf. The ferry ride is short and offers lovely views of the river.
