Start your adventure early with a 6:00 AM pick-up from your Nairobi location. Drive towards the Great Rift Valley, where you’ll make a brief stop at a scenic viewpoint to admire and photograph the breathtaking landscape stretching for miles.
Continue to Mt. Longonot National Park, home to a dormant volcano with a deep crater and dramatic views. Begin your guided hike up the mountain, which typically takes 3–4 hours round-trip depending on your pace. Along the way, enjoy the challenge of the rugged trail, spot wildlife like zebras and birds, and take in the fresh highland air.
Once at the crater rim, be rewarded with incredible panoramic views of the Rift Valley floor and Lake Naivasha in the distance. After a short rest and photo session, descend and relax before heading to a local restaurant for lunch at your own expense. Optional to visit to Lake Naivasha for a relaxing boat ride (at an extra cost).Later return to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will be dropped off at your hotel or airport.
