About this experience

A tour designed for bird watching and wildlife lovers. We begin with the search for dolphins in the Gulf of Nicoya, enjoying their presence in freedom. Then we sail to the mangrove of Puntarenas, where the main objective is to observe birds such as the majestic pink spatula, among other species. We continue to San Lucas Island to visit seabird nesting areas, in a natural environment full of history. We finish with free time on the beach, surrounded by nature, relaxation and fresh fruit. At the beginning of the tour you will try to spot dolphins in the Gulf of Nicoya, near the coast of Puntarenas, an exciting start for this adventure, at the end we will go straight to the bird watching activity. In the estuary of Puntarenas we will go into the very rich in Mangrove life in which you will discover the biodiversity that it houses, accompanied by a guide, this will show you all the species that you can find and also several data about the ecosystem.

In Isla San Lucas National Park, this once not so far away, was a prison, but what remains today, is a natural paradise that we will surround in the boat to see the nesting area of the seabirds, in which they are the real protagonists.

At the end of the tour, we can stop at one of the majestic beaches of Isla San Lucas National Park, where you can relax, enjoy some tropical fruits and be in tune with nature.
