Due to the 2023 storm, the gannet colony at Muriwai is currently closed and cannot be visited. However, you can still enjoy the dynamic views of the Tasman Sea and the black sand beaches. After savoring the delicious wine, take in the breathtaking scenery.

At 13:20 To conclude your journey, enjoy a wine tasting at Kumeu river winery, featuring some of New Zealand’s premier wines. The knowledgeable staff will provide detailed and thorough explanations of the wine's background and flavor characteristics, ensuring a satisfying experience for both novices and connoisseurs alike. Kumeu river closed on public holiday and Sunday, on those dates, we will take you alternative place.
