Free your hands along the zigzag road leading to the quiet countryside of Hue to capture magnificent images of the green fields and flock of ducks swimming on the river, making a picturesque scene of the Vietnam countryside.
On the way to Thanh Toan village, you have time to stop at the Ngo &Tran family Temples to take photos. Upon arriving at “Thanh Toan Tiled Roof Bridge,” you will stroll around the village, visit the local market to understand the daily life of people here better and contemplate Thanh Toan Tiled Roof Bridge—a truly unique ancient bridge in Vietnam.
Get to our “Eco Home” where you can see around the vegetable garden with many kinds grown by local farmers such as Malabar spinach, gourd, fiber melon, winter melon, and beans. Then you join a cooking class to learn two famous dishes of Hue (Fig mixed shrimp and pork and fried spring roll) with our chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Hue specialties. After the lesson, enjoy what you have just cooked and some other dishes from the restaurant to fully pack your stomach.
