If you're coming off a cruise ship, enter the boardwalk take a left. Walk towards Zone 7, after about 2-3 minutes, keep an eye out for the Barbuda Express or rum runners bar. When you see it, take a right into the coast parking lot. Look for sign that says "Star Times Adventure Tours.
