- Aperitivo: Spritz or sparkling wine served with crisp, house-made cacio e pepe chips
- Starter: Wood-fired bruschetta topped with ripe tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil
- Main course: Fresh handmade pasta. Create both fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, pairing them with your choice of sauces such as basil pesto, carbonara, tangy tomato and basil or cacio e pepe
- Dessert: Classic tiramisù layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and cocoa, with optional toppings for a personal twist

The chef will be waiting for you inside the restaurant PummaRe, a few minutes away from the Vatican. The restaurant is located on the left side of the flower shop Fioraio.
