Upon arrival at the marina MUELLE FLAMINGOS CANCUN, Carr. a Punta Sam Supermanzana CARRETERA KM 3.5, Puerto Juaráez, 77520 Cancún, Q.R., México or designated meeting point, guests must check in at the reception or tour desk. During check-in, you will need to present your reservation confirmation or provide your name to verify your booking.

A staff member will confirm the details of your tour, provide you with the necessary wristbands or boarding passes, and give you important information about the itinerary, safety rules, and what to expect throughout the day.

The tour includes snorkeling equipment and national drinks.

The dock fee can be handled or paid during check-in. You may also be asked to sign a liability waiver for safety purposes.

Once check-in is complete, you will need to wait in the designated area until it is time to board the catamaran and begin the experience.
