Shuttle Bus: Please arrive on time for the shuttle departure. Refunds are not available for late arrivals.
Weather-related Cancellations: The tour may be canceled in case of unfavorable weather conditions. A full refund will be provided if advance notice is given.
Facility Closures: Facilities may be closed due to weather, festivals, or maintenance. In such cases, refunds on the day of closure are not available.
Insurance: This tour does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase their own insurance in advance.
Safety Notice for Skiing: Skiing is an outdoor sport with potential risk of injury. Travelers are advised to bring their own cold-resistant and waterproof ski gloves, ski helmet, knee pads, and hip protectors. If you do not have them, they can also be purchased or rented on-site. Waterproof gloves start from 18,000 KRW, and ski helmets and protective gear can be rented at 10,000 KRW each.
