Once you have booked your airport transfer you will receive a message from Tour Britannia to share our contact details and request information on your drop-off location.
Before your flight you will receive a follow up message to share your drivers contact details.
Tour Britannia will monitor your flight in real-time and adjust our pick up time accordingly.
Upon arrival at Heathrow your driver will be waiting to meet you at your terminal after you collect your bags and pass through customs. They will be holding an iPad with your name and the Tour Britannia logo.
