Important notes

Your tour departs from outside the tender pier security area on the pier in Cannes shoreside. We highly recommend checking with the front desk on your ship as to where and when tender tickets will be passed out the morning you arrive in Cannes. Unfortunately, several cruise lines give preferential treatment to guests on their tours. Therefore we suggest you plan to be on one of the first tenders available. It is better to have extra time ashore to look around, than be stuck on the ship when your tour is departing. After you exit the security gate shoreside, look for your guide dressed all in white and holding a sign with the logo "Liven up" and your Name. Guests missing the tour because they did not allow enough time for the tendering process will not be entitled to a refund.
