Meeting point

Check in is located dockside in front of the Schooner Wharf Bar at 202 William Street in Key West, 33040. Our ticket booth is located at the end of William Street near the corner of William St and Greene St. Parking can be found in the municipal lot on Caroline St.

Important notes

Plan to check-in 20-30 minutes prior to departure time at our ticket booth located at 202 William Street (at the end of William Street). During the check-in process, you will receive boarding passes. These passes are required for admittance on to the vessel. Boarding will begin 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. For your security, at check-in you are required to present a valid photo identification that matches the name on the reservation. Please note that parking availability around the Historic Key West Bight is VERY limited, and therefore finding a parking spot may take longer than expected. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly! For questions about weather, cancelations, refunds and rescheduling please call 305.293.7245.
