In the morning, you will set off to the very East of Georgia to the lovely city of Sighnaghi. The most romantic city of Georgia is famous for its old Georgian architectural style, amazing views on Alazani valley and also the longest castle wall after Great Chinese wall.
After that you will go down to Alazani valley and reach the wine village Velistsikhe, visit 300 year old wine cellar Numisi.
You can have lunch in Velistsikhe (our guide will advise you best places).
Continue the tour visiting unique winery of Khareba – the wine tunnel in the rock. Here you can see the difference in European style wine making and traditional Georgian wine making and taste best wines produced by Khareba Winey.
You will visit Alaverdi Monastery. The monastery was founded by the Assyrian monk Joseph (Yoseb, Amba) Alaverdeli in VI century.
Matsoni is a type of yogurt, pure Georgian traditional one. You will taste different kinds of that yogurt, which will make you surprise by its different and marvelous taste.
In the evening, you will come back to Tbilisi.
