• Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• The vehicles (all are Mercedes E class) can take up to 4 pax. We recommend 3 adults and 1 child. Total Luggage of guests should be taken into account by the guests when making the booking.
• The transfer service is a direct service between the Airport and the Hotel or visa versa. No waiting time has been calculated for en route stops. No guiding included.
• Our drivers will wait for you at the arrivals section from the time of your landing and maximum up to 45 min post landing. If there is no sign of you / non show the driver will depart in 45 minutes. If for any reason you are still waiting to get your luggage then you would need to advise us.
