We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.
Meeting point
We meet inside the Oculus, a mall and transportation hub at Ground Zero. Go to Level C2. Your guide will be wearing an orange hat and standing by the L'Arte del Gelato stand.
Important notes
• If you bought the Museum ticket option, your physical tickets will be given to you at check in at the start of the tour.
• The tour concierge will be there 15 minutes before your tour starts wearing an orange hat and holding an orange sign.
