Arrival: Visitors must arrive at least 20 minutes before their assigned time slot to guarantee access and the smooth running of the activity. You must present the QR code you will receive by email and your ID card or passport. Ticket Policy: Tickets to access the Obelisk Viewpoint are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. It is also not possible to change the date or time once the reservation is confirmed. Access to the viewpoint may be limited by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
