To arrange the transfers, passengers need to provide flight code (eg. VN173), type of flights (domestic or international), flight departure time, hotel address, lead passenger's name, and room number.

Upon receiving the requested information, a pick-up time will be scheduled and informed to the traveler(s). Usually 2.5 hours ahead of flight departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

At the appointed time, the driver with the private car will arrive at your hotel and the driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby. The driver will have your name and room number to pick you up. After 30 - 40 mins, you will arrive at the airport and have time to do the check-in for your flights.

The car type is sedan or SUV depending on the availability, 1 check-in and 1 carry-on pieces per passenger. The maximum number of passengers per car/booking is 3 people.
