What you'll see

8:00 – 8:30 AM: Pick up guests from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

12:00 PM: After a drive of around 3.5 hours with one short break, arrive at Tuan Chau harbor in Ha Long to get ready for the cruise.

At the harbor, the guide will lead you to the cruise where your tasty lunch is readily served on board. The lunch offers fresh seafood from the bay prepared in Vietnamese cooking style.

The cruise will be around 4 - 4.5 hours, during which you will visit one of the most beautiful cave in Halong, Thien Cung cave (or Heavenly Palace Cave in English). The cave is full of stunning stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and sizes.

Another highlight of the trip besides cave visiting is kayaking or a short bamboo boat trip of around 40 minutes to visit Ba Hang peaceful area to relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the bay. With the bamboo boat, a local will row for you. 

4:00 PM: By this time, you will be back to Tuan Chau harbor and get ready for the departure from Halong Bay.

8:00 – 8:30 PM: Drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and your Halong day trip concludes.
