Scenic drive through Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.

Get excited for the famous Jacobite Steam Train! Departing from Fort William, the most spectacular rail journey in the world winds its way along Scotland’s rugged west coast, crossing the legendary Glenfinnan Viaduct, known from the Harry Potter films. The train ride is approximately 2 hrs and will take you to Mallaig where your guide will meet you.

Disembark the train in Mallaig, a well-known fishing port, to explore the town and enjoy fresh seafood for lunch.

Stop 6 Pass by

After lunch, drive along the scenic Appin coast, passing the stunning Kilchurn Castle, nestled on the shores of Loch Awe.

Take a short visit to Inveraray for a leisurely exploration and a walk along the tranquil shores of Loch Fyne.

On our return to Glasgow, we'll stop at the famous Rest and Be Thankful viewpoint before arriving back in the city by evening.

It is recommended to book transport to the departure point in advance. Please also allow extra time to get to the departure point for check-in. We advise you arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour departure to allow time to check-in for the tour. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold the bus or refund for any late arrivals.
Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather. Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for any onward travel plans, allowing at least 3 hours after the scheduled return time for connections or activities.

Meeting point

This tour will depart at 6:30am from Buchanan Street Bus Station, Glasgow, from stances 23 - 32 (look out for a blue bus). Meet 15 minutes before departure. Your guide will be there to meet you.
