• Pickup from your hotel in Tel Aviv to Ben Gurion Airport Terminal 1 is not included; The drive from Tel Aviv to the airport should take 35 minutes. A taxi can be ordered at the hotel's reception.
• Make sure you are at Ben Gurion Airport Terminal 1 at least one Hour prior to departure. Show your flight confirmation number (PNR) at the airline desk to receive a flight ticket. Board your flight independently (Don't forget to label your luggage), and our representative will meet you at the Ramon Airport in Eilat.
• A valid passport is required. Holders of Israeli Passports must use them at border crossings.
• Be prepared to pay $125 in cash (USD/EU/NIS) directly to the Jordanian border authorities, for visa issuing and border fees. Have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience. Travelers who possess a valid visa stamp or do not require a visa will pay $65.
• Border crossing may take up to an hour.
• Wear a hat in summer, and comfortable walking shoes.
• This tour will have a late Lunch on day 1; we recommend having breakfast before departure.
• Beverages are not included in lunch.
• Donkey/Horse/Gulf Cart rides: Make sure to settle the tip before you start, to avoid quarrels.
• Use only marked paths to reach places such as the Petra Monastery.
