All reservations and pick up from mainland hotels must be reconfirmed with our Port Denarau Reservations office the day before departure by phoning the Call Center on number +679 999 5512. The coach pickups commence aprox 75min before the vessel departs from Port Denarau. Please check with our reservations team for your coach pickup time or refer to the coach timetable on our website.
Please be waiting 10 minutes prior to the pickup time at the current pickup location. If you miss the complimentary coach transfer, you will need to find your own way to Port Denarau before the vessel departs at your own cost.
If you do not require a pick up please find your own way to the meeting point – South Sea Cruises check-in counter, Passenger Terminal, Port Denarau.
