About this experience

A local guide will tell you everything, in detail, that you never learn from ordinary sightseeing. You will start with the history of Tokyo's Sensoji Temple; you will learn how to pray at the temple. We will take a walk through the downtown area full of highlights such as "Kaminarimon" which is a symbol of Asakusa, "Nakamise Street" where all 89 shops are lined up, and "Sensoji" which has a history of more than 1000 years.
The course of the tour can be adjusted according to your requests.

1. Kaminarimon Gate : The tour starts from the Thunder Gate, the symbol of Sensoji Temple

2. Nakamise Shopping Street : Visit specialty shops popular among tourists while sampling snacks such as age-manju (deep-fried sweet bun), kibidango (millet dumplings), ningyo-yaki (doll-shaped waffles), Matcha tea, Kaminari Okoshi (sweet rice cracker). Also to be visited are craft shops such as Bunsen-do dealing with folding fans and Bunkoya-Ozeki with leather items.

3. Sensoji Temple : Learn how to worship before visiting the temple. Draw a fortune and make a prayer at Sensoji Temple.
