You will be met at the airport with a meet and greet service! The English-speaking representative will greet you as soon as you clear customs and assist with all your luggage. Then, you'll be taken directly to your hotel in the Puerto Vallarta area and your vacation can start!

REMEMBER: As soon as you disembark, you will need to clear Mexican immigration, collect your baggage, and clear Customs. Exit Customs and go outside to the designated transportation area. Look for a Gray Line representative holding a sign with a Gray Line and Viator logo. Please be aware that after the Customs area, you will be approached by time-share sales representatives. They are not affiliated with Gray Line, even though they may show you a badge with a Gray Line logo on it. Do not stop and give them this voucher, keep walking outside the airport and look for your uniformed Gray Line meet and greet representative with an official sign.
