• Seating begins one hour prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed
• Please note security checks will be conducted prior to entering the theatre. It is recommended that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance in order to be in your seat on time. No backpacks or luggage will be permitted inside the theatre. Guest who arrive with backpacks/luggage will be directed to the Delano bell desk.
• Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required
• Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited
• Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available.
